It is now more or less a customary thing to bring out a smaller version of your bigger handset. Samsung has only followed this logic while bringing out the Samsung Galaxy Mini. The one major issue with launching Mini phone handsets is that they should have the right mix of smart phone features and also should be selling at a far lower price than what their bigger cousin is available at. It is a balancing act that the mobile phone makers are required to perfect. Samsung seems to have done more than a reasonable job with the Samsung Galaxy Mini. In that there are no major compromise with the features and the prices are also well within the reach of the average buyer here.

The Samsung Galaxy Mini is also lined up for launch in the first quarter of 2011 along with so many other smart phone handsets by the South Korean mobile phone giant. Most of these smart phones by Samsung carries the famed Galaxy branding. The Mini handset under discussion also has the Galaxy tag attached very much to it and even a cursory look at its features reveals that it is one of the finest third generation phone device to be hitting the mobile phone market place.

Samsung has given the Mini everything possible in terms of data networking and internet browsing speeds obtained. GPRS, EDGE, HSPDA, wi-fi and blue-tooth technology all are present in ample measure. Memory wise, it is possible to raise the storage space to a good 32 GB simply by inserting the micro SD card in the memory slot given. The TFT capacitive touchscreen brings alive whatever the user throws on it.
